James’ experience includes working in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) teams across a global technology company and retail Fortune 500 and 100 companies. James holds a bachelor’s degree in information sciences and technology and a master’s degree in cybersecurity and information assurance from Penn State University. Previous certifications include PCI Internal Security Assessor (ISA).
